The British Airways Benevolent Fund was founded in 1981 as a registered charity to provide assistance to staff members and ex-staff members who couldn't access such help from other sources when they needed it.  Since 2012 we have worked in partnership with the military veterans charity SSAFA who provide the experienced caseworkers we us to make and maintain contact with our clients.
